General Delivery info

Orders placed before 2:30 PM (PKT) are usually shipped the same day from Karachi, Pakistan.

Shipping Charges:

  • Karachi: PKR 250

  • Other cities in Pakistan: PKR 350

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. While we strive to deliver your order promptly, there may be slight delays during peak seasons (sales, holiday periods, and promotions), or due to weather conditions or remote delivery locations.

Our delivery partners may require a signature upon delivery; however, contactless delivery can be arranged upon request. Please note that this is not a named delivery service, and anyone present at the provided address may sign for the parcel. We are not liable for lost or missing orders signed for at shared or office addresses.

If no one is available to receive the delivery:

  • Our courier will attempt three deliveries on consecutive business days.

  • If undelivered and no communication is received within five days, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse.

During promotional periods, your order may be packed in eco-friendly materials. Items are wrapped in protective packaging and shipped in a plain, recyclable box. Gift packaging is not available.

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery during high-volume periods.

REFUND POLICY

We accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions:

  • An RA (Return Authorization) number is required.

  • Items must be shipped back to us within 10 days of RA number issuance.

  • Items on 50% discount or more are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt if you are unsatisfied. If you need to return an item, please note that all items must be returned in the condition they were received: worn, altered, or washed, with all tags attached.  Customers will receive a full refund minus shipping. Merchandise returned without original packaging will not be refunded.

Replacements at no cost to you will be sent promptly in the event of damaged or defective merchandise. Free return shipping is provided for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. In all other cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items returned COD will not be accepted.
Once a return has been received (within a specified time), a credit or refund will be processed within 2-3 business days. Customers will be notified by email when a return is complete. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction.
